I am an attorney representing military veterans and their dependents in VA disability compensation claims before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I am VA-accredited and represent veterans nationwide on a variety of disabilities, including PTSD, Agent Orange presumptive diseases, Total Disability Based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU), and a variety of other service-connected disabilities.My practice also includes years of experience handling Georgia workers\' compensation claims. I only represent injured workers, not insurance companies. I have represented clients against employers big and small from the outset of the claim through litigation, mediation, and settlement. My practice includes all types of injuries with a special focus on litigating and settling catastrophic cases for permanently, totally disabled clients.I love helping people get the information they need to tackle their individual legal situation.
