I lead teams in high-complexity environments where a product has to become a portfolio, new initiatives have to coexist with legacy systems, and traditional playbooks stop working. I sit at the intersection of architecture, execution, and business outcomes — turning complexity into leverage rather than overhead.I started my career working directly with customers, building custom embedded solutions while creating the modular platforms that made those solutions repeatable. That shaped how I lead today: start with real customer pain, deliver near-term value, and build the foundations that keep the next wave of products from fragmenting.I stay close enough to the details to help teams unpack ambiguity and make decisions that hold up in the real world — around reliability, security, and scale — without slowing execution down.
