I’m a people and results-driven retail leader with 20 years of experience developing talent, building engaged teams, and delivering strong operational results. My career began in operations with Lowe’s Home Improvement, and for the past 13 years I’ve proudly grown my career with Tractor Supply Company.I’ve led at multiple levels of the business, including serving as a Store Manager for three Tractor Supply locations and later contributing to a productivity initiative that helped shape the Tractor Way processes used today. Currently, as a District Manager, I focus on best-in-class customer service, team engagement, and developing future leaders while driving sustainable results.I take great pride in building high-performing teams and creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. I’ve been honored as Regional District Manager of the Year five times and named East Division District Manager of the Year in 2023, recognitions that reflect my great teams and passion for leadership and excellence.
