About Travis Roelfs
I have experience providing job placement and training services to disabled job seekers in three different states. While the state vocational rehabilitation programs in Virginia, Colorado, and New Mexico have their differences, they all experience one major hurdle at one point or another: limited funding. I created The Opus Network as a more cost effective approach to delivering these vocational services. Through the development of a more responsive customer service strategy and utilizing our proven method of leveraging existing community resources we aim to establish Opus as the go to community resource for both job seekers and employers alike. My related accomplishments include: Job Placements: Facilitated hundreds of successful job placements in dozens of fields, ranging from entry level positions to those with six figure salaries Program Development: Created a new vocational training program in partnership with the NM Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Highlands University. Established Meadow Cab, a nonprofit transportation solution for low income residents in northern New Mexico. Creating Partnerships: Developed dozens of key partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, state agencies, and various nonprofits in multiple states.
