The first 12 years of my career had consisted of helping lead maintenance and engineering teams drive a more predictive planned approach to maintaining equipment, forecasting budgets and increasing run time. Since 2016 I have been the CEO of IST - Industrial Service Technologies and have helped grow it from a single facility and state operation to becoming a nation wide operation with 4 locations across the Midwest. Our vision is to be the leading millwright and custom fabrication company in the food processing industry and with our team we feel it’s a obtainable goal. From Leading the plants to now leading a company I have always been mindful of the people involved and knowing they are the key to success.
