About Travis Owen

I am passionate about making people better. It comes naturally to me to connect people, challenge them and ignite their potential. The performance of an employee improves when they feel valued and recognized as an integral part of the team. I help employees reach their potential by providing opportunities for connection, improving communication and awareness, and simply empowering them to be a part of what we are building. I am drawn to the outdoors, being active, entertaining and getting the most out of each day. Sharing all of this with others is what gives me energy. While at the University of Vermont, I was awarded the Hal Craig Award which is given to the player, “who in the opinion of his teammates, through his desire, hustle, and love of the game, has done the most for the Vermont men’s soccer program”. I was a below-average Division 1 player with limited minutes and accolades on the field, but being recognized by the men around me as a difference maker was a greater honor than being the top talent. I come from a team-minded background with a passion for making those around me better. Desire, hustle and love, that’s what it’s all about.
