I am an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (both agile and SAFe) with more than 24 years of IT experience, 13 years within a Scrum/Agile environment. Experience consisted of both large and small implementations, defect resolution, and emergency incident/break fix. I have managed multiple project teams to plan and execute project objectives using Agile/SCRUM practices. I have transformed teams from chaos into reliable, predictable and overall high-performing teams. Perform all scrum rituals with the team (Backlog grooming, sprint planning, demo, retrospective, release). Software is mainly written in Java
