I am very passionate about flying, aviation, leadership, and teaching/mentoring. My ultimate goal is to reach a position where I can truly impact not only a company, but its employees and customers as well. I\'d love to eventually become a Chief Pilot/Assistant Chief pilot or a company instructor. I believe the job of a leader is to create more leaders. I\'ve had several role models in my life. I heavily looked up to and admired them; I strive to be that person to as many people as I can. Since I am also a pilot, I believe the job of a pilot is similar to that of a leader- they should produce more pilots. It is my personal mission to be the subject matter expert and to inspire and impact as many people as possible.
