Responsible for the management of the design, performance and enhancement of Kohl\'s Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Automation systems along with life cycle analysis of current and future systems for all retail and non retail locations-Work with external prototype and site-adaptive engineering firms to ensure that Kohl\'s design and specifications are followed-Ensure that content is consistent with the goal and objectives of Kohl’s retail and non-retail development programs and Kohl\'s commitment to energy efficiency-Develop, evaluate and recommend new and upgraded MEP & control systems that meet Kohl\'s increasing energy efficiency requirements-Investigate new technology in the HVAC, Building Automation, Electrical System and Plumbing Systems for future and existing Kohl’s retail and non retail facilities-Study and confirm total life cycle costs analysis for all current and future systems-Work with both external partners (engineering firms, vendors, state and federal government) to test and develop new MEP and control systems that will benefit Kohl\'s-Partner with internal and external sources to ensure ongoing compliance-Work with internal facilities and logistics partners to troubleshoot issues with our current HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or control systems-Work with KT partners on any issues relating to our control systems
