I established Reliant Safety out of my home in April 1998. Along with Distribution I served as a Manufacturer’s Rep in Western Canada. As a Rep I was able to complete projects from my previous employment including one for a large utility worth $2M. In 2002 the focus of Reliant was directed to distribution where the business grew into its first commercial location, added a full & part time employee and eventually moved to our current location. I purchased Action Healthcare Products (aka. Action Fire & EMS) in 2008, amalgamated the companies in 2010, expanded our location and re-branded as Reliant Action Ltd. “Real Safety Solutions”. I manage six full time & two part time staff, inventory of $1M, project management, contracts, marketing, business development, sales and service. I maintain my life’s network of safety professionals & attend international tradeshows keeping me up on the latest trends, products and innovations. I’m focused on solid steady growth established through superior customer service and integrity.Reliant Action Ltd. provides “Real Safety Solutions” for real people. From construction and utility workers to first responders and public safety professionals, your safety is important.At Reliant Action Ltd. we do not have commissioned sales people. There is no pressure on our representative to “make the sale”. This helps open up a real conversation about what your needs are and we work together to find a real solution.
