I am a master at change management. Whether the problem is employees with poor attitudes or quality issues or safety records that need to be improved, I tackle the problem and turn the situation around. I am passionate about creating a clean, organized work environment with standardized processes in place that promote efficiency and productivity. As a hands-on manager, I am not afraid to work side-by-side with employees to fully understand their job.
