About Travis H.
Serving as a member of the Marine Corps for over 20 years continues to provide me with numerous opportunities to plan, coordinate, and execute all types of small unit working groups, engineering projects, management, and large-scale operations with personnel numbering in the hundreds. I enjoy and thrive operating in austere and fast-paced environments, whether maintenance or operation dependent.As and out-of-state real estate investor, I enjoy being apart of a team. Responsible for the overall welfare and training of Marines. Direct daily maintenance operations in conjunction with personalized professional leadership. Provide personal and professional development to Marines in various aspects of finance, communication, and leadership with themselves and in a group environment. Provide managerial oversight regarding expedient repairs on various Marine Corps tactical equipment. Generate operational training for real world contingencies in humanitarian and combat engagements. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly training plans that challenge Marines of varying knowledge and ability.
