Working with Diversified I straddle two disciplines as Enterprise Program Manager and Senior Project Manager. Like any other project manager, I plan, schedule and manage projects, however, my technical skills lead me to drive more bespoke and large budget technical projects for enterprise clients. The ability to assemble a team with the right skill sets per project requirements and brainstorm with them throughout the various project phases has brought projects success over many disciplines. I lead with a vision for the project, helping to persuade and motivate my teams.As my project team executes tasks, I oversees their work to make sure their workload is balanced. This allows them to work more productively and not burn out due to a surplus of tasks. Meeting regularly with stakeholders to manage their expectations, keep them updated and make sure the project aligns with their goals and objectives. This leads to the creation of a project plan that organizes tasks, schedules work, creates a budget and allocates resources.Over the course of my tenure at Diversifed I have had the pleasure of managing projects for some of the largest enterprise companies and design firms. Including Empire State Reality (Empire State Building Observatory Project Dream), ESI Design (more than 10 immersive and bespoke projects with large LED and interactive technology), Goldman Sachs, Citi Bank, Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase (Multiple MPR and EBC build outs with state of the art AV systems), Bank of America (large format LED install), Viacom/Paramount (Times square HD LED install), Charter Communications HQ in CT (large immersive LED and Lighting install), Barclays (immersive light install in Delaware HQ along with backend systems for Times Square LED), this list could go on for another 2 pages!
