Sybase/SQL DBA years of extensive experience in the design and implementation of technology solutions. Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Analytical Skills and operations support. Demonstrated excellence in Business Process Improvement including managing project scope, risk mitigation planning, staffing requirements, resource allocation, schedule/cost Management as well as identifying process improvements that improve efficiency, profitability, quality and service levels. Proven ability to effectively interface across departments such as Operations, IT Delivery Services, Product Development / Support and other functions on projects from inception through production deployment.I also support the technical relationship with TriZetto by managing the architecture, design and technical implementations for Cognizant/Trizetto related systems (incl. Promote application delivery and assist infrastructure teams to develop quality solutions that support business capabilities.I assist the Project Manager with all related software upgrades, coordinate implementation of enhancements, application development and new implementation of the SelectHealth licensed Trizetto product suite. Provide technical roadmap for future upgrades. I address technical needs regarding our Trizetto Solutions by partnering with business analysts, systems analysts, and developers experts to analyze and translate business requirements into a solution that outlines people, process, and technology solutions to achieve business objectives. Research and answer questions about application processes and data structure. Create and manage trouble tickets from user report to resolution. Interface directly with the vendor and developers on advanced troubleshooting. Propose and facilitate changes in process, policy, and standards as they relate to the Facets projects. Viewed as a Facets technical expert. I assist with identifying business value and cost savings to the organization through the Trizetto product suite of upgrades and enhancements.I have a strong relationship with Trizetto and other healthcare payers with my participation in subcommittees and conferences. I also chair the TriZetto User Group\'s DBA Subcommittee as well having served as a technical director on Trizetto Customer Group board of directors.
