As a Sr. Market Intelligence & Strategy Analyst at Ashton Woods Homes, one of the largest private homebuilders in the US, I provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support the company\'s strategic growth and decision-making. I work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, regional presidents, land acquisition managers, and market research vendors, to analyze and report on the housing market trends, opportunities, and risks across the company\'s footprint.I have a strong background and passion for finance and real estate, which I developed during my education at the University of Arkansas, where I graduated with a degree in Finance and studied Real Estate and Marketing as fields of study. I also gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at Wilbow Corporation, a leading developer of single-family home communities in North Texas, where I learned to use various online databases and performed site visits and inventory counts. Additionally, I have honed my communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking skills through my previous roles, especially as a Research Associate at Hall-Williams Executive Search, an executive recruiting firm.
