I’m a hands-on Quality and Design Assurance leader with over 8 years of experience in the medical device space. I’ve supported product development, risk management, and regulatory compliance helping teams deliver safer, smarter products while navigating complex, high-stakes environments. I also hold multiple certifications through ASQ, including CQM/OE, CQE, CQA, and CSSBB.Beyond the job titles and acronyms, I’m driven by a simple mantra: get uncomfortable. I believe growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, taking ownership, and navigating the unfamiliar. That might mean developing design controls for a novel medical device or overhauling global design control procedures - whatever the challenge, I lean in. That said, change for the sake of change is meaningless. It’s important to be intentional, focused and results oriented, especially when bucking the status quo. That mindset has fueled my success—both in my career and in life.Outside of work, I’m all about travel, new experiences, and saying “yes” to things that push my boundaries. I like forging my own path and experiencing life through my own unique lens. My experiences color my memories and provide a backdrop to how I show up as a person to my friends, family, and colleagues.
