The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the four areas1. Business Development - Proactively anticipate changes and opportunities financially in business development. Develop and monitor budgeting and forecasting models. Identify key business indicators/trends for expansion, development, purchases, and selling of assets. Manage relationships with financial partners benefits providers. Oversee use of financial and hr technology (Quickbooks, Gusto).2. Company Quality Assurance - Responsible for effective accounting policies and procedures. Ensure Tax compliance. Oversee HR policies and procedures including employee benefits. Audit function of EMR system, billing, payroll, service collections. Financially analyze operations/structure of a company to determine growth, downsizing, or elimination.3. Leadership - Oversee finance and human resource departments. Own recruiting, hiring, and retention process. Responsible to gain manager\'s approval for new hires. Actively participate in company culture/EOS implementation including yearly meetings, quarterly meetings, level 10’s and strategic planning. Work with CEO and COO to develop long range goals for company. Lead, coach, develop finance and HR employees4. Fiscal Accountability - Oversee all finances (Revenue, Expenses, Claims, Bills, Taxes filing). Develop financial processes including service billing, payroll and benefits, purchases, etc. Forecast and report on profitability of the company. Approve recommended compensation and bonus changes for all staff. Approve giving opportunities. Identify and manage business risks and rewards with CEO and COO
