Production underwriting with a consultative approach by first identifying the pain of the insured. Review insured’s current program for coverage gaps based on current and future exposures. Prequalify opportunities based on up front questioning and problem solving solutions increasing hit ratio. Coverage terms and pricing offered after a thorough risk analysis has been performed to project account profitability for general liability, worker’s compensation, commercial auto fleets, motor truck cargo, installation floaters, equipment, property, rigger’s liability, pollution, and umbrella. Present to the broker and often directly to the insured the program highlights, coverage terms and differences, current coverage gaps, contractual risk transfer options, risk management programs and overall value proposition. Current programs underwritten include crane and rigging, specialized transport (oversized, overweight & over-dimensional loads), concrete pumping, equipment dealers, machinery movers, and rig movers.
