About Travis Blackburn
As a Registered Behavior Technician at The Hope Source, I provide direct 1-on-1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. I use various methods such as play therapy to help my clients acquire new life skills and aid in reduction of maladaptive behaviors. I regularly collaborate with a behavior analyst (BCBA) to receive ongoing supervision and feedback. I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global, expected to graduate in February 2026. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills in psychology to improve organizational performance and employee well-being.
