I am committed to helping trial lawyers who need a mediator that is active in the practice and available 24/7. I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates, ABOTA, Super Lawyers and many other organizations. I stand firm in my belief in the 7th Amendment Right to a trial by jury. My experience has taught me the client is best served by mediation and if the case does not settle by agreement the Lawyers are in a better position because they know they have tried to save the client cost and expenses and the case is ready to present to a jury.
