Senior advisory and assistance services (A & AS) subject matter expert (SME) utilizing expertise from over half a decade of prior research experience at USAMRICD to provide strategic advisement and operational assistance on 20+ research and development initiatives within the chemical Medical Countermeasures (cMCM) program, ensuring advancement of the DOD chemical threat response and defense capabilities.Provide essential technical advisement and project management assistance for a diverse program portfolio of 12 projects consisting of government, industry, and academic partners within the chemical medical countermeasure space, offering technical oversight and support to the government client by coordinating financial resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals, in addition to preparing and reviewing detailed scientific reports and briefings for government and contract leadership to outline the current status and future path of ongoing cMCM efforts. Collaborated with a cross-functional team to successfully award an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) by supporting the development and review of the Statement of Objectives (SOO), providing critical scientific advisement during initial industry engagement and response, and serving as a reviewer of the Enhanced White Papers (EWPs) submitted in response to the OTA proposal, to establish a vital partnership for advancing mission-critical technology. Supported the cMCM team’s transition from the Advanced/Emerging Threats Division (CBS) to the Medical S&T Division (CBM) during the Research and Development (R&D) Directorate reorganization, which required realigning team structures and processes to those of the new division, maintaining productivity, and ensuring seamless program execution within both the immediate team, and the division as a whole, as well as guaranteeing project performers experienced limited disruptions during this critical time.
