About Travis Armbrister
My Granddaddy lured me into architecture and I\'m grateful he did.He was a carpenter and when I was in primary school, he took me to work with him all the time. I love to draw so when he showed me blueprints, he knew I was hooked. From then on I centered anything I did around architecture like: • Playing with Lego sets and drawing cities of my own creation religiously.• Taking extra art classes after school and entering competitions to develop my style. • Focusing more intently in physics and geography classes. • And even becoming an architect\'s apprentice for a year after high school to save up for college.Growing up in Nassau, Bahamas, its a dream to venture to a foreign country and gain a college education. So, when the opportunity presented itself I grabbed it desperately. Knowing how architectural design can dramatically enrich the lives of my country\'s people, has been my fuel to continue growing until I can return home and complete my first project. I\'ve met so many kind and talented folks along this journey that have contributed to my growth as a professional and a human being. So if you\'re interested in challenging design problems, collaborating, making big dreams come true or just want to connect please do not hesitate to message me.
