   Pikka Seawater Treatment Plant – Santos (via OGCS), Kuala LumpurSenior Planner – Owner-side 2022 – 2025 Owner-side planning and execution support from FID through fabrication, integration, and sail-away for a critical seawater treatment facility supporting upstream production.• Developed and stewarded integrated engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field schedules in Primavera P6 for a fully self-contained, power-critical facility, including e-house integration, two Siemens gas turbine generators, and CAT diesel backup generation supporting North Slope operations with no external power supply.• Designed and implemented a field-based progress measurement system using standardized unit rates and rules of credit.• Performed fabrication progress assurance in South Korea to validate contractor-reported progress against physical quantities.• Identified schedule optimism and misreported progress to enable corrective actions before execution impact.• Enabled a commercial decision that avoided c.$50M in carryover cost by exposing forecast reality.• Produced execution-based what-if scenarios and forecasts to support leadership decision-making.
