I’m a customer-focused technical leader with a background spanning SaaS, supply chain, TMS, ERP integrations, and enterprise project delivery. My strength is translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive measurable value for customers and internal teams.Across my career, I’ve worked in nearly every part of the transportation and supply chain ecosystem: from global logistics management and retail distribution to SaaS implementations, solutions engineering, and technical project management. This gives me a unique ability to see both the operational impact and the technological details behind every workflow.In my current role, I manage 12+ concurrent TMS/ERP integration projects, lead cross-functional engineering collaboration, guide customers through discovery and onboarding, and own the technical communication layer between clients, engineering, and product. My work includes hands-on integration across major ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Sage, Infor Visual, and Microsoft Dynamics.
