Upon DOE directed restart of the HLW building, responsible for achieving one of the first construction milestones which is to complete the major remaining civil/structural scope to weather in the building. This involves completing the remaining concrete placements left at shut-down and erecting the ton + structural steel for the roof. This effort involves reinvigorating Safety related commodity installation practices, restarting concrete placement efforts with new logistical challenges, discovering and remediating legacy installation errors, coordinating installation sequence of heavy mechanical items including shield doors and overhead cranes and coordinating subcontractors into a tight timeline and ensuring the overall success of getting the building ready for bulk piping and electrical installation
