I am a Senior Manager on our Implementation Consulting team at nCino with experience in software and the Salesforce platform. I have a deep working knowledge and understanding of both the nCino product and the SFDC platform and consider myself to be a lifelong learner and enthusiastic mentor. Having spent time as a Digital Evidence Forensic Examiner, I understand IT complexity and I\'m passionate about providing engaging and sustainable solutions. My technical and professional experience coupled with my outgoing personality enables me to balance project scope and execution with technical complexity.In addition to serving the City of Wilmington as a Digital Evidence Forensic Examiner, I also served as a Police Officer and Criminal Investigator / Arson Task Force member for almost 10 years. It was my honor to serve with the brave men and women of the Wilmington Police Department.
