Code change, Job Title/Designation Change, Location Change in the Fusion profile of the Employee. • Involved in processing End to End understanding of process transition as I have been a part of transitioning HR Operations (Employee Data Management) and reporting processes from Costa Rica to India end to end (Scoping, Implementation, Stabilization, Go Live and BAU Phase) for USA and Canada Region. • Ensuring Weekly reports, Error reports, Mass upload report, Employee workflow reports, HR Edit reports and KPI report are generated properly from OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) with proper data cleansing and visualization in Power Bi also falls under primary responsibility. • Working for generating benefits reporting for new and existing hires in system with third party in Siemens. • Handle queries from Frontline and Employees, Providing continuing liaison with frontline through to final resolution.• Collaborating with internal teams to keep the process going smooth.• Identifying process gaps and working towards to simplify the process.
