As a certified NeuroChangeSolutions consultant, I educate businesses on Dr. Joe Dispenza\'s method of changing organizations \'from the inside out\'. I am constantly amazed at how quickly an organization\'s situation can change when the individuals with in the organization change. The first organization I worked with that trained every employee in the Neuroscience and Biology of change, made amazing strides in adopting and adapting the Great Game of Business into their organization. They navigated the discomfort of change, the leadership team became more open, and healthy conflict led to creative solutions. They normalized change, became transparent in their finances, engaged the entire organization in Mini Games, and became hungry for the next evolution of their now self-titled operating system. They went on to integrate Lean and EOS tools to evolve even more. One of the coolest moments was when I overheard someone, who didn\'t know I was working with the company, talking about the amazing culture this company had created! Employees of the company were talking about their experiences, which had spread out into a conversation I was listening to. I help small to mid-sized manufacturers achieve their vision through leadership development, normalizing change, and enhancing individual performance. I provide science-based active learning experiences and coaching toward mastery of leadership, adaptability, and optimal performance.The story usually begins with an Owner, CEO, or President who sees potential in their industry for their organization. They have struggled to communicate what they see and are exhausted and frustrated by little or no progress toward that potential.Getting crystal clear on what success looks like and why it is important to everyone, is the first step toward achieving the outcome. I love the moment when a client clearly expresses for the first time what it is they desire for themselves and the company. I hear an enthusiastic \"That\'s it!\".
