I’m an operations and supply chain professional passionate about optimizing how complex systems move, scale, and deliver results. My experience spans warehouse operations, logistics strategy, and cross-functional project management—leading teams at DHL Supply Chain, managing DOE-funded innovation projects, and driving data-based efficiency improvements across multiple sites. My goal is to continue developing as a strategic operator who bridges technical and business decision-making to deliver measurable impact.With a background in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and an MBA from UC Riverside, I have accumulated years of experience organizing and leading small to medium-sized teams across both engineering and business functions. Projects I have worked on include Unmanned Aerial Systems, Aerospace Conference, and the EcoCAR EV Challenge. I am also Founder of the Supply Chain Society and Co-founder of the School of Business Leadership Council at UC Riverside.Outside of work and leadership, I have been volunteering with the humanitarian relief Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation since 2019. I also enjoy music, exploring cities and building mechanical keyboards.
