As the firm’s senior IT technical writer, my responsibilities include creating comprehensive documentation for service governance systems within our IT ecosystem. I help ensure the delivery of internal firm IT services across various departments is effectively managed and overseen. My work focuses on IT knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, and aligning business value with decision-making processes. I document how these processes are enforced in a dynamic IT environment, aiming to achieve optimal performance and alignment with firm goals.Projects recently completed- Reimagined the IT Service Management Knowledge Base to mirror the needs of all IT teams within the Office of the CIO. This included the review and creation of knowledge articles, as well as the creation of new IT knowledge articles.Current projects include- Working with the CIO and IT leadership to prepare for the transition to a new ITSM platform- Serving as the “Knowledge Liaison” between IT Leadership, Service Desk, and Technical Teams to support our attorneys and professional staff.
