Every position that I have ever held in my professional career has been centered on one thing – people. Whether I was selling shoes in retail or educating clients about their finances or ensuring that my direct reports were excelling in their careers – my main focus has and always will be focusing on people. I kicked started my Talent Acquisition experience on the agency side, representing multiple clients and engaging my personal pipeline of candidates – working as a matchmaker to find that perfect fit. As life pulled me away from Seattle and brought me to New York City and then to Orange County, I dove head first into world of tech sales; from front line sales to the operational backbone that keep the intricate system running and everything in between.
