Trained 150 staff onsite. • UM System Implementation Lead - managed EHR/GuidingCare system discovery and design meetings, worked with project executive leaders, business analysts and consultants, tested features/configurations in alignment to requirements, managed/tracked risk and escalations.• Business Analyst - tested EHR/GuidingCare training environment prior to care management team training, supported go live command center tasks, troubleshooted issues/risks, trained staff and served as point of contact for UM functionality questions. • Project Manager - led provider credentialing project, managed project plan, developed several policies/workflows/operational forms, led weekly status meeting and supported health plan client meetings. • Compliance Lead - performed UM system/GuidingCare assessment, identified gaps mapped to NCQA standards, provided quick win and longer-term recommendations to meet compliance.
