With 25+ years as a leader and human resources executive in the private and public sectors, Tracey partners with leaders at all levels to optimize both human and organizational effectiveness for greater talent retention and results.Tracey’s corporate, self-employment, and local government experiences span more than three decades. She has led multiple functions and strengthened organizations through people, fiscal, and communications strategies. An advocate for employee wellness, inclusive workplaces, and leadership development, she has elevated engagement, reduced turnover by 53%, led organization-wide change initiatives, streamlined processes, and reduced costs.After several years of developing and coaching leaders within organizations, Tracey became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in 2019 and launched Opt Human, a leadership and organizational development firm.
