ABOUT TRACY TAMURA

I enjoy watching business expand through partnership. Having grown up in the heart of Northern California, I have a deep understanding of the unique lifestyles and expectations of producers and their clients. I’m here every day, meeting with agents and advisors, listening to their challenges and offering solutions based on more than 20 years of experience and success. In an industry that can sometimes feel isolating I have formed many close ties built on collaboration and support. Mix those connections with Midland National’s top-tier products, competitive compensation and direct access the result is a win-win for all. It can be difficult to see new opportunities when you are immersed in the day-to-day of running a business but I can help increase your bottom line by bringing an outside perspective, grounded in a deep knowledge of the industry. My career began right here and my experience dates back to the early 1990’s. In 2007, I joined Thomas McNeil, former Midland National Regional Sales Director, in a recruiting support role that developed into a full time recruiting partnership. While working with Thomas, I led recruitment and training programs, developed marketing and sales programs, and traveled up and down the roads of Northern California sharing the Midland National value proposition. As the Regional Vice President, I continue to build on this success today. I reside in the “East Bay” with my husband Tom and three children who are now all young adults. In addition to my human family, I have a large extended animal family that currently includes: 5 chickens, 3 dogs, 1 cat and a variety of fish. Outside of work, my family and I are avid rock climbers and, as you might expect, lovers of anything that allows us to get out into nature.
