I am a results-driven Technical Transformation Delivery leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in PMO, mergers and acquisitions, application development, computer forensics, and infrastructure. I have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority, complex business initiatives, drive strategic growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity. I\'m passionate about coaching and mentoring teams through the challenges of emerging technologies and Agile practices. My superpower is being the calm in the storm. I\'m always ready to take on and master demanding opportunities. My technology career started several years ago in infrastructure as a network administrator. I took a grassroots approach to my technical education and after my initial exposure to technology, I couldn\'t get enough! I dove headfirst into any and all training I could get; ultimately achieving my MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). I spent over 10 years as an administrator, engineer and architect, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Over time, I advanced into leadership roles and transitioned into the project management space, leading highly complex technology initiatives. I\'m a forever learner and a certification junkie.(MCSE, PMP, CSM, SAFe, SPC4, Six Sigma, et. al.).In my spare time, I enjoy mentoring and guiding junior talent along their journey.
