As Chair of this Urban Ecology Center committee, I’m tasked with making meaningful progress towards being an organization with zero carbon/waste/water emissions and to help build community resilience in the face of climate change. Initially, the Committee will help incorporate systemic sustainability practices and infrastructure improvements that reduce emissions and contribute to community adoption of these practices.• We stay aware of looming systemic change• Form project evaluation criteria• Create a roadmap/project pipeline• Monitor progress and report to the board
