I grow leaders who build the world they want to live in.I am the Co-Founder of Kriseles, where we partner with organizational leaders and their teams to lead deep cultural transformation. Our work is grounded in the Humanity, Freedom & Dreams (HFD) Framework, a leadership paradigm designed to help systems move from struggling to dreaming, from hierarchy to co-creation, and from diagnosing problems to building solutions.Throughout my career, from senior executive roles in national education nonprofits to launching and scaling a leadership firm, I have been drawn to complexity, ambiguous environments, and organizations filled with smart, committed people who feel stuck in old patterns.I have seen firsthand that most systems become experts in the problem. Very few build disciplined practice in designing the future.
