In my current role, I develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy to ensure the organization has a highly capable, engaged and motivated workforce to meet current and future business objectives. I solve for gaps in people, processes, and capabilities in the workplace. I lead collaborative efforts to influence and streamline business processes to achieve optimal business performance. I have worked in roles inside and outside of Human Resources, leading and managing people, process, and programs to drive efficiency and sustainable growth for the organization. Most times, I took opportunities that were outside my area of expertise, but I grew considerably in each new role, had to learn on the fly, leverage my past learnings and experiences, and figure out the path to success.I regularly use data and analytics to make informed decisions and determine the path forward. I have extensive experience designing process, leading people and programs, and developing and executing plans to achieve results.
