Through confidential, non-attributed conversations with each partner, I create safety for truth-telling. Partners say what usually goes unsaid. I surface assumptions + disconnects quietly undermining the firm.The deliverable is a & —strategic analysis with prioritized recommendations that becomes a firm management tool.
