I oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization of all IT systems—ranging from SaaS platforms and PCs to telephony and peripheral devices—ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. I lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new infrastructure and software solutions, whether developed in-house, purchased, or outsourced, to meet evolving organizational needs. In support of field operations, I am responsible for equipping a sales force of 100+ with the necessary technology and tools to effectively engage healthcare professionals (HCPs). I implement and monitor cybersecurity strategies, including vulnerability scans, real-time threat detection, periodic audits, and access control measures, while also leading internal training on IT security protocols. I oversee technology onboarding for new hires, manage digital and physical IT assets, and support the company’s website infrastructure. I also lead multiple concurrent IT project streams and serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and executive leadership, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business strategy.
