Manage a 30 person team consisting of SEO Specialists and Facebook Specialists. Responsible for overseeing and adjusting current Facebook and SEO strategies in order to remain in line with current industry best practices. Currently act as a primary stakeholder in creating and implementing new Facebook and SEO strategies that are scalable from a production and implementation standpoint, yet effective in SMB scenarios. SEO Team is responsible for monitoring traffic and SEO trends by way of rankings, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools data and identify any potential issues with the current SEO strategies as indicated by these analytic platforms. My job is to also identify specific issues within any of Web.com’s CMS platforms that may hinder search engine rankings. I provide specific direction to development teams to resolve these issues and will check post implementation to verify that the issue has been resolved. I have daily interaction with C-Level executives, advising on core corporate strategies and policies.Knowledge on the following platforms- Google Analytics / Google Webmaster Tools- Moz Tools Set- MagesticSEO / AHREFS- SEMRush- SpyFu- Screaming Frog- Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver)-Inbound Marketing- Expansive organic keyword targeting/monitoring programs- Successfully ranking websites in both local, national and global- On-page optimization, website structure and brand building tactics- Strategic link building initiatives & outreach
