X-ray Field Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer. My name is Tracy Mitchell and I am an X-ray FSE 4 at Medtronic where I work on the new O-arm technology and Mazor Robotic arms as well. I worked as a Multi-Vendor National Support Specialist at Philips Healthcare for a few months but just couldn’t handle being out of the field. I was a Sr. Regional X-ray Field Service Engineer at Ziehm Imaging / OrthoScan (The C-arm Company) based out of Charlotte, NC and covering the United States and anywhere else they liked sending me to for a vacation getaway.Previously I was an (Angio) Technical Support Engineer (TSE) for AXA products at Siemens Medical Solutions corporate office in Cary, NC where I gained specialized AXIOM Artis/Artis Zee and Artis Zeego Cathlab training and experience along with several certifications. I have a Can-do Attitude and I enjoy the challenges that come with it. I don\'t use a lack of training or experience as an excuse. I excel at making things happen and doing what needs to be done. Customer service is my priority whether it\'s the Cardiologist or the patient. I am known for developing unconventional solutions to complex problems whether they be technical or otherwise. I am always professional in the work environment and display a confidence level that my customers and co-workers appreciate and depend on. I enjoy helping others and being a part of something that matters. I am a graduate from the Medical Imaging Equipment Technology program at ECPI College of Technology in Charlotte, NC with an (Associates of Applied Science) degree in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology and also completed the RSTI (Radiologic Service Training Institute) phase 1 X-ray training.E-mail Address: t••••••••@aol.com
