I am a Caring Clown that regularly visits the Touchmark Care Centre Facility bringing some fun in to the day of the residents. I go to walk, run, bike events for fundraising. Doing any of the following:Glitter TattoosBalloonsWalk Around MagicMagic ShowsStory ReadingEntertaining etc. Besides the duties of President, I am also the Director of Educational Resources. I design and provide new ideas, including artwork and instructions for Caring Clowns to use while visiting Hospitals and Care Centres. It is all available on a Facebook Page named Happy, A Caring Clown. This is the first free resource, in the world, available for clowns. Many clowns from all over the world use this as a resource. A \"Caring Clown\" is completely a Volunteer position. It is best described by B.L.Walker-Hess:\"A Caring Clown is a clown who has special concerns for persons whose health has been compromised and could use a bright moment in a day while undergoing medical treatment. A Caring Clown has been trained in the best methods of bringing a little joy to brighten a day, to share a bit of love and attention and it all truly comes from the heart of the Caring Clown.\"
