About Tracy Maylett

As the former Chairman and CEO of DecisionWise, LLC, I led a team of technologists, industrial psychologists, consultants, survey advisors, and statisticians who help organizations create, evaluate, and shape the employee experience through feedback software, people analytics, data, and professional insights.My background is in organization effectiveness, organization change, experience assessment, industrial psychology, executive coaching and leadership, and human resources. I hold a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University, an MBA from BYU, and professional certifications in human resources and leadership. I also teach and write extensively on topics related to employee experience and engagement, leadership, and organizational behavior. I am the co-author of three best-selling books that have each reached the #1 spots in various business and psychology categories on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I have been a Visiting Professor and Distinguished Lecturer in the International MBA program at Pforzheim University in Germany each year since 2015, and am privileged to teach in the Marriott School of Business, University Honors Program, and Psychology Department at Brigham Young University.
