Tracy L. Gray is an educator and entrepreneur who is celebrated for her creativity and leadership in advancing inclusivity and innovation in S.T.E.A.M.(science, technology, engineering, art, and math) education. As the Founder and President of Sankofa Global Project, Ms. Gray has built an internationally recognized organization dedicated to increasing opportunities for underrepresented communities in S.T.E.A.M, fostering transformative learning experiences, and reshaping global narratives.A dynamic TEDx speaker and sought-after global consultant, Ms. Gray is a proven leader with a record of designing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs and events. Under her leadership, the Sankofa Global Project has become a leader in engaging students and communities through visionary programming that bridges education, technology, and cultural empowerment.Ms. Gray is an internationally recognized speaker. In 2024, she was a featured speaker at the 4th Annual Pan African Heritage Museum Conference in Ghana, where she highlighted the Sankofa Global Project’s role in promoting inclusivity, creativity, and innovation across the African Diaspora. Earlier in her career, she was invited to China in 2015 for the Business and Education Conference, where she met with government officials, toured schools, and shared insights on global education and technology integration in Yiwu, Fuzhou, and Xi’an.Ms. Gray’s academic credentials include a dual Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and General Education from Bank Street College of Education. She is an adjunct instructor at HSBI Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences in Germany and a workshop facilitator during the annual International Week in Bielefeld.Ms. Gray’s recent launch of the transformative “STEM at Every Level” e-learning platform and YouTube channel are dedicated to exploring how embracing change and self-discovery can inspire learners and professionals alike to unlock their full potential in an ever-evolving field to achieve success in STEM education and careers, further solidifying her impact as a trailblazer in education and advocacy.
