ABOUT TRACY

At work, I\'m the go to person for finance & accounting related projects. I have a proven track record of partnering with key business owners to design solutions for complex business issues. I thrive on problem-solving whether it\'s system functionality, data integrity, financial modeling, or accounting challenges, and I don\'t stop until I find the answer. I began my career in various accounting functions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), revenue recognition, cost accounting, general ledger management, and financial reporting. Later, I became the Controller for a small software company, where I played a key role in its divestiture, leading to a successful sale valued at $9M. Following the divestiture, I transitioned into financial planning and analysis role, where strategic planning, business consolidation, M&A, and post-merger integration activities became the norm. At the peak of this role, I led a team of 10 through a post-merger integration despite disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Within three months, we successfully established a new combined operating plan with $1B in revenue, deployed the Adaptive financial planning system to support over 150 budget owners, and ensured business continuity amid pandemic challenges. Additionally, I oversaw the development of a synergy tracking dashboard, enabling weekly monitoring and contributing to $70M in annualized savings post-merger. Throughout my career, I have led four full-cycle ERP implementations and numerous system upgrades. Most recently, I spearheaded the transformation of Oracle, SAP, SYSPRO, and various peripheral applications into NetSuite, a single, unified ERP system, resulting in annual cost savings of over 12% and a streamlined close cycle. As part of this transformation, I successfully led strategic business process modeling across core functions, identifying over 100 alignment opportunities and optimizing more than 80 processes to support seamless business consolidation. I was recognized as a strong business partner to IT, FP & A, PMO, and Accounting teams, helping to drive the rollout and maximize the company\'s utilization of both new and existing systems. I feel rewarded when designing efficient processes, configuring them within systems, and seeing them integrate into daily operations.
