   At Apple I have managed teams on a number of projects across the AR/VR space. These projects included building QA teams from the ground up for many different feature areas, as well as stepping in as teams and their managers transferred to my organization. Managing so many projects simultaneously meant it was critical to recruit and develop talent, growing leaders that can be responsible for their individual projects and project teams while reporting to me on a daily basis. I now manage multiple managers across projects, including teams working on the Persona feature for Apple Vision Pro and the Accessibility QA team. I am responsible for ensuring that my teams find critical issues early and drive them to completion, even when this requires partner work across several teams, coordinating schedules, setting priorities, and managing project risks.• Collaborated closely with engineering teams in the US and other countries to assess risk, recommend actions, and drive issues to closure.• Scoped, costed, planned, and delivered infrastructure rollout projects, including buildout of new lab space, simulation test environments, and other large-scale deployments.• Grew new hires into managers, mentoring them to have significant impact on internal projects.• Worked cross-functionally with teams across the company in hardware and software to address issues, manage deliverables, and drive improvements to internal processes. • Collaborated closely with senior sponsors, executives and other QA management to align on processes, track key issues, and drive internal strategy
