Our clients include multi-stakeholder alliances and coalitions, non-profit organizations, social enterprises, cooperatives, universities, schools, and community groups. All our clients are doing critical work to move the culture forward toward a vision of resiliency, health and prosperity for all. They are engaged in their communities and value collaborative leadership. They are learning new skills, tools and technologies to navigate an increasingly complex and interdependent world.Circle Forward is sharing the tools and practices that can change the way we collaborate, to more effectively address the biggest challenges we face today: in healthcare, food systems, the environment, climate change, and racial and social justice, to name a few, as well as the interactions between these systems. We live in a very complex world. We help leaders and social innovators overcome the challenges that come with working together, through frameworks, coaching, facilitation, and training to collaboratively govern in complex networks. By governance, we mean all of our collective processes for making decisions, prioritizing strategy and direction, and allocating resources; it’s our rules for engagement, including who participates and how; and how we measure success.
