ABOUT TRACY HUTTON

Tracy is the CEO/Co-Owner for CENTURY 21 Scheetz located in the Indianapolis area with more than 325 sales associates and more than 50 employees with nine offices located in Bloomington, Avon, Carmel, Indianapolis, Downtown Indianapolis, Zionsville, and Greenwood. CENTURY 21 Scheetz is ranked as one of the top 6 franchisees in sales for CENTURY 21 worldwide.Tracy joined CENURY 21 Scheetz in 1996 with the goal of developing the Corporate Relocation Division that companies around the world would depend on when trasferring employees into and out of the Indianapolis market area. In 2003, she became responsible for the growth of the entire brokerage througout metropolitan Indianapolis. In 2007, she became a partner with Mick Scheetz.He currently is serving as the Chair of the Indiana Real Estate Commission. She remains actively involved with the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and the the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). She has previously served on the Board of Directors for MIBOR, IAR and the Realtor Foundation, and has chaired the Greivance Committee. While away from the office, Tracy and her husband are avid hockey fans traveling around the country to watch their two boys. Tracy is also passionate about giving back to the community through volunteering and charitable causes.Her specialties include: real estate sales management; corporate relocation; mergers and acquisitions; operations; recruiting and development; and marketing.
