I joined the recruitment industry in and quickly worked my way from Administrator to Trainee Consultant within six months. Initially working within the commercial sector, I was then fortunate to be offered my first role within the education and childcare sector in 2007 in a small, independent agency - and I have never looked back!Throughout my career within this sector, I have supported many MATs, Local Authority schools, independent and specialist provisions, as well as early years settings and nursery schools with their recruitment needs. I have also supported hundreds (maybe even thousands) of educators and childcare professionals with their job searches.As a result I am skilled in all aspects of recruitment, including interview preparation, people management, business relationship management, as well as sales and account management.
